I’m a licensed psychologist offering individual therapy for adults who are ready for something deeper.
I work best with people who are thoughtful, insightful, and maybe a little skeptical about therapy—but still want something to shift.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I won’t tell you what to feel or how to fix things. Instead, I’ll help you explore what’s been getting in the way, reconnect with what matters to you, and start making changes that feel meaningful and lasting.
