My office is located at 420 Industrial Street in downtown Hood River, Oregon. I also offer virtual sessions to people located throughout Oregon and Michigan.

You’ll need a private space, reliable internet, and a device with a camera and microphone. We’ll use a HIPAA-compliant video platform for our sessions. You’ll receive a secure link to join before each session.

• Intake Session: $250

• 50-Minute Individual Therapy Session: $200

• 90-Minute Individual Therapy Session: $300

I am not an in network provider for any insurance companies. I am happy to provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend that you check with your insurance company to determine your eligibility for reimbursement before beginning therapy.

In our consultation, we’ll talk about your needs and goals, and I’ll answer your questions. If we’re a good fit, we can schedule your first session. If not, I’m happy to connect you with another therapist who might be a better match.

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I’ll ask about your background, what’s working well for you, and where you’d like to see some changes. We will also go over the paperwork that you completed during the intake process and confirm signed consents and practice policies. From there, we’ll talk about how therapy can help you move toward the changes you want to see.

This really depends on your goals, challenges, and what feels right for you. Some people find they reach their goals in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll regularly check in to ensure therapy is meeting your needs and helping you make the progress you want.
